Sales Tax Policy
Currently, U-Lace Canada collects applicable sales tax (GST and PST or HST) where applicable. If you have a tax-exempt status, please contact customer support at +1 (514) 886 0817 and we will assist you. The onscreen total is an estimate that may vary slightly from your final cost. The final sales tax cost will be calculated according to the time and day of your order shipment.
Please note all prices shown on www.u-lace.ca Canada are in Canadian funds. Our prices online typically match those of our dealers. There may be price differences due to promotions, markdowns and special events.
Warranty, Exchange and Return Policy
U-Lace will gladly warranty and exchange items within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt. Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and must have all tickets and/or packaging attached. Please contact us via our support form for warranty claims.
U-Lace.ca items may be exchanged with original receipt within 30 days after receiving the package. All returned merchandise, if applicable, will be credited in the in the buyer’s account on U-Lace.ca.
Final Sale Merchandise
No exchanges on final sale merchandise, limited edition merchandise, custom orders and personalized orders are also final sale.
Shipping To Us:
Please send as much information with your return as possible including the name, phone number and address where the order was sent and/or billed to, email address or credit card used to purchase the item along with your receipts. Please pack and seal your return securely using an insured carrier service. Your shipment must be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

For refunds or price adjustments, we only credit the original account used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
